Comprehensive advice in all phases of your business

Whether you are starting to set up your company, implementing capital measures or preparing for dissolution, I am here to assist you personally.

Günter was born and raised in Karlsruhe, Germany. After completing primary and secondary school, as well as spending a year abroad in the United States, he obtained his Abitur (A-level equivalent) and fulfilled his community service as a paramedic with the Red Cross in Karlsruhe.

He completed his law studies at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, the University of Cologne, and the Complutense University of Madrid, graduating in 1991 with the First State Examination. During his legal clerkship (Referendariat) in Düsseldorf, which he concluded in 1994 with the Second State Examination, he led a study group at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne.

As a lawyer licensed in both Baden-Baden and Madrid, he spent 25 years at one of Spain’s most prestigious law firms, specialising in dispute resolution, including 20 years as a partner. He then spent a further five years as a partner at a firm primarily known for its expertise in German-Spanish legal matters, before founding Helbing Estudio Legal in 2024.
